Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT WEBSITE PLATFORM DO YOU DESIGN ON?

Showit! Showit is a premium website design platform, similar to Wix or Squarespace but much more flexible. It allows complete drag-and-drop freedom so your site looks unique and custom to your brand.

How do I know if The website week is right for me?

The Website Week is right for you if you make decisions quickly and have a clear idea of your vision and goals. It’s perfect for small business owners and solopreneurs who want a website designed in just one week, so you can start booking clients the very next.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF WORKING TOGETHER?

You'll start by submiting an application and you’ll hear from me within 48 hours with next steps and availability. Once booked, you’ll complete the onboarding process—contract, questionnaires, content submission, and selecting your week. Deliverables are due 48 hours before your start date. During your Website Week, I’ll design your homepage first for approval, complete the remaining pages, handle all technical setup, and launch your finished website by the end of the week.

Can I update the website myself after it’s launched?

Yes. All of our websites come with a personalized training video so you can feel confident making edits yourself. You'll also get 30 days of tech support.

Do you write the copy for my website too?

I don't but you have 2 options. You can DIY your copy with my ChatGPT prompts. Or you can hire a copywriter. Either way, I’ll guide you on what content is needed for each page and how to structure it so it works well with your website design.

How available do i Need to Be During the week?

You don’t need to clear your calendar, but timely communication is important. I’ll check in for feedback throughout the week, and responses by the next morning help keep everything moving smoothly so we can wrap up your website by the end of the week.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I offer simple and flexible payment options. To secure your spot, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required, and the remaining balance is due once the project is complete.

What is a domain and will you get it for me?

A domain is an address where your website is located (www.yourwebsite.com). I recommend using GoDaddy for domain registration. Although I don't purchase your domain for you, I will help you connect your website to your domain before we launch.
